Ethan Robinson is a Senior Counsel I at Rudderow Law Group and joined the firm with over a decade of experience litigating residential and commercial landlord-tenant, real estate, employment, and business disputes.  His practice focuses on representing business and property owners in matters involving breach of contract, quiet title, specific performance, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition, breach of warranty, fraud, non-disclosure, discrimination, wage and hour claims, easements, merchant claims, misappropriation of trade secrets, partition, forgery and identity theft.  He has extensive experience with discovery and depositions, motion practice, trials and arbitrations, and post-judgment enforcement.

Prior to joining the firm, Ethan represented a broad range of business clients including Fortune 500 companies, auto dealership groups, shopping center owners, real estate developers and international manufacturers.  He has successfully resolved numerous court cases, including cases involving amounts in controversy exceeding ten million dollars.  Ethan has a substantial amount of trial experience having conducted more than ten jury trials, and bench trials.

Ethan is a native of San Diego and earned his law degree from California Western School of Law before making Orange County his home.  Outside of work, Ethan enjoys spending time with his family, fitness, snowboarding and the beach.
