Christina Spiezia
Christina Spiezia serves as senior counsel at the firm with experience litigating a wide variety of cases in both federal and state court. Her current practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate matters, business litigation and manufactured housing. She has represented a wide array of institutions, including corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. She works zealously to protect the legal and business interests of property owners. In addition to being a seasoned litigator, Christina’s practice includes advising clients on transactional and commercial matters.
Prior to joining Rudderow Law Group, Christina was a partner at a national law firm where she practiced in the firm’s Irvine and Chicago offices. Christina handled complex business and commercial litigation cases, employment and professional liability matters, and real estate disputes. She was selected as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. She is admitted to practice before the California and Illinois State Bars as well as a number of federal courts nationally.
A Southern California native, Christina graduated from Northwestern University with a double major in Economics and Psychology. She served as captain of the Northwestern women’s water polo team, continuing her athletics as a water polo player and a first-team All-American high school swimmer. Christina worked for a national real estate developer in property management prior to earning a Juris Doctorate from Loyola University Chicago School of Law where she received awards for the highest grades in numerous courses, including legal writing, advocacy, and business organizations, and where she served as a legal writing tutor, member of the client counseling team, and as a judicial extern in the Circuit Court of Cook County. She also studied abroad at the London School of Economics and Political Science and in Beijing, China.
In her free time, Christina enjoys water sports, tennis, volunteering at her church’s local food pantry, and spending time near the beach with her friends, family and dog.
