Chris Chapman

Chris C. Chapman is Senior Counsel at Rudderow Law Group with over two decades of experience in complex business, commercial, and real estate litigation in state, federal and appellate courts. He regularly represents property owners in landlord-tenant disputes as well as complicated land use litigation with municipalities. Mr. Chapman has also been vigorously fighting for the constitutional rights of property owners, including but not limited to, seeking fair return rent adjustments for landlords affected by local or state rent control and challenging the constitutional nature and/or application of local or state laws. Mr. Chapman has won multiple jury trials fighting for landlord’s property rights throughout California.

Rudderow Law Group specializes in issues affecting the manufactured housing industry and Mr. Chapman has represented a wide array of institutions, corporations, management companies, and small business owners in this field. Mr. Chapman has authored numerous articles about issues affecting the manufactured housing industry and is a frequent speaker at various trade associations.

Mr. Chapman was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He is a proud member and volunteer at Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, CA. In his spare time, he likes to attend concerts, sporting events and local car shows.
