Taylor McElroy
Taylor McElroy is an associate attorney at Rudderow Law Group and focuses her practice on landlord-tenant issues, including unlawful and forcible detainer lawsuits and assisting clients with day-to-day operations in running their business.
Taylor R. McElroy was born in the Bay Area and raised in a small, rural town in Northern California. She graduated from San Francisco State University summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communication Studies.
While at San Francisco State, she worked as the Director of the Associated Student’s Legal Resource Center and completed a term of service with JusticeCorps.
Mrs. McElroy received her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, graduating in the top 4% of her class. While in law school, she tutored first-year students in subjects of Property and Torts, mediated small claims disputes as a trained mediator, wrote for California Western Law Review, and completed a clinical internship with the California Innocence Project where she assisted with investigating claims of wrongful conviction. Mrs. McElroy went on to obtain her Master of Laws (LLM) in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law.
In her spare time, Mrs. McElroy enjoys spending time with her dogs, participating in 5Ks, and coaching (and playing on) an adult softball team.
