Dan Rudderow

Dan Rudderow has practiced law as a civil litigator for over 28 years. He is passionate about aggressively protecting the property rights and business interests of the manufactured housing industry. Dan’s practice includes challenging state and local rent control, defending park owners in “failure to maintain” lawsuits, and counseling clients on landlord-tenant issues. His firm also handles lease offerings, enforcement of park rules, park closures and subdivisions. The firm’s attorneys represent clients in federal and state court, arbitrations, mediations, and before numerous governmental boards and agencies.

Dan has authored numerous articles about issues affecting the manufactured housing industry and is a frequent speaker at various trade associations throughout the nation.
